Premium hydrogen concentration · Contract manufacturing
Hydrogen beverages need compatible packaging.
Contract manufacturing, formulation, and licensing for hydrogen-rich beverages.
The problem we solve
Hydrogen-rich beverages can lose concentration, taste, and aroma before the end of shelf life.
Molecular hydrogen is the smallest molecule, so it can escape through headspace, seams, and packaging surfaces not designed for it. A beverage filled at a premium hydrogen concentration can lose dissolved hydrogen in transit, while packaging interactions can also alter taste and aroma. Our production and packaging systems are built around controlling those risks.
What we do
Built for hydrogen-rich beverage production.
Every step, from formulation to the finished can, is set up for hydrogen-rich products and the brands launching them.
Premium hydrogen concentration
Production and handling designed to achieve and preserve premium dissolved-hydrogen levels.
Hydrogen and taste retention
Proprietary packaging helps retain dissolved hydrogen while protecting taste and aroma through shelf life.
Formulation support
Guidance on water source, ingredients, concentration targets, and packaging compatibility.
Private label production
Launch under your own brand while we manage production, packaging, and quality control.
Commercial scale-up
Move from pilot production to repeatable commercial manufacturing as demand grows.
Distribution support
We can coordinate regional warehousing and fulfillment through qualified third-party partners based on your distribution needs.
Packaging engineered for hydrogen-rich beverages.
Two things can undermine a hydrogen-rich beverage after filling: loss of dissolved hydrogen and packaging-related changes to taste and aroma. Our proprietary production and packaging approach is designed to protect both while supporting premium hydrogen concentration through shelf life.
- Retention-first packaging. Packaging selected and qualified to help slow hydrogen loss through shelf life.
- Patent-pending technology. Designed to help protect taste and aroma in long-shelf-life hydrogen-rich beverages, where conventional packaging can contribute to variation and defects.
- Category-specific processing. Water preparation, oxygen removal, hydrogen infusion, pressure-controlled production, and analytical verification.
- Protected under NDA. Technical details are shared only as needed for a manufacturing or licensing engagement.

How an engagement works
From first call to commercial production.
Consultation
We discuss your concept, target concentration, format, projected volume, and timeline, and determine whether we are the right fit.
Formulation and packaging plan
We align on water, formulation, packaging, and production requirements, with proprietary details shared under NDA.
Pilot run
A pilot verifies premium hydrogen concentration, taste, and packaging compatibility before a full commercial commitment.
Commercial production
We manufacture under your label using a documented process designed for consistency as production scales.
Distribution coordination
When needed, we can coordinate with qualified third-party warehousing and fulfillment partners based on your distribution plan.
Common questions
What brand founders ask us first.
Can you achieve a premium (3.0-4.0 ppm) hydrogen concentration and help retain it?
Supporting a premium concentration (3.0-4.0 ppm) through a normal retail shelf life is central to our production and packaging approach. We confirm the target and packaging plan during consultation, and a pilot run verifies performance on your format.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 25,000 cans for shrink-wrap or adhesive labels, and one run may include up to two SKUs. Digitally printed cans have a minimum of 35,000. Conventionally printed cans using traditional dry-offset lithography have a minimum of 225,000.
Do you offer private label production?
Yes. You own the brand, label, and customer relationship; we manage production and packaging under a contract manufacturing agreement.
What formats can you run?
We currently run the 12 oz standard aluminum can with shrink-wrap labels, adhesive labels, digitally printed graphics, or conventional dry-offset printing.
How do you protect my formulation and your technology?
Confidentiality is established before technical details are shared. Your formulation remains yours, and our proprietary methods are disclosed only as needed for a manufacturing or licensing engagement.
What registrations and licenses does the facility hold?
The facility is FDA registered and state beverage licensed.
